Chauffuer Travel has a policy charter that includes the following: -

• To arrive at the hire pick-up point 5mins before the pick-up time.
  
  
• Communication with client should there be any traffic delays etc and pick up time cannot be met.
  
  
• All drivers to wear business dress and be of smart appearance.
  
  
• To personally greet passengers with a smile and be respectful of any confidences given.
  
  
• To do all within our ability to be helpful and make your journey as stress free as possible (any passenger who requires the driver to break any road traffic laws will be putting that drivers’ job at risk and also the safety of other road users).
  
  
• Smoking and eating is not permitted in any of our vehicles – driver or passengers.
