Terms and Conditions

 

In the absence of specifically agreed variations, these terms of business govern the way that we do business with our clients. Any such variations must be in writing and agreed between all relevant parties.

1. Bookings and Payments

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.
1.2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit cards incl Amex; BACS; Digital Payment link through bank.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

2.1. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date – 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable/chargeable.
2.2. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date – 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable/chargeable.

Wedding / Tour Bookings

2.3. Bookings cancelled within 2 months from the date of the wedding/tour/event – the deposit will be non-refundable.
2.4. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the wedding date, the full hire amount will be non-refundable.
2.5. If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable/chargeable.

3. Pricing and Additional Charges

3.1. Prices are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change.
3.2. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond the agreed allowance, or changes to the journey.
3.3. A cleaning fee may be applied for any damage or excessive soiling of the vehicle caused by the client.

4. Service Provision

4.1. We strive to ensure punctuality, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. Our chauffeurs will drive at safe and legal speeds in accordance with UK traffic laws.
4.3. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a risk to the chauffeur or vehicle.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

5.1. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
5.2. No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.
5.3. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the client.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the journey unless caused by our negligence.
6.2. We accept no liability for missed flights, trains, or other transport connections due to unforeseen delays.

7. Complaints and Disputes

7.2. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
